We strive to process and dispatch all orders swiftly so you can receive your craft materials as quickly as possible.
UK Shipping Costs & Times
Standard UK Delivery:
- Cost: £10.99 (excluding VAT) for orders between £100 – £150 (excluding VAT).
- FREE UK Standard Delivery for all orders over £150 (excluding VAT) to a UK address.
- Timeframe: Dispatched the same day or next working day after clear payment. Delivery normally takes 1-3 working days to arrive.
Express UK Delivery (Royal Mail Special Delivery Next Day / Courier):
- Cost: £27.99 (excluding VAT) for all qualifying orders.
- Timeframe: Dispatched same day if clear payment is received before 11 AM. Orders received after this cut-off time will be processed for standard shipping times. This service prioritises your order, though delivery services remain the same.
We only dispatch orders on working days (Monday to Friday). Weekends and public holidays do not count as working days.

- Minimum Order Value: Please remember that our wholesale prices apply to orders with a minimum spend of £100 (excluding VAT and delivery charges).
- Tracking: You will receive a tracking link via email once your order has been dispatched.
- Delivery Address: Please ensure your delivery address is accurate and complete to avoid delays.
- Germany – LUCID Registration: For orders delivered to Germany, Oriental Direct Ltd is registered with LUCID, the Packaging Register of the Stiftung Zentrale Stelle Verpackungsregister (Foundation Central Agency Packaging Register – ZSVR). Producers/distributors pay a license fee to the dual system for the collection, sorting, and recycling of the packaging they introduce to the market. Our Dual System partner is Activate by Reclay.
